Internal Building Remediation and Fitout

Services - Principal Contractor Repair works to the internal framing of this commercial building that had been heavily impacted by termites. Internal fit-out works including new doors, ceilings, partition walls and lights. External works included new security fencing, footpath, pressure cleaning of facade and installation of perimeter termite system.

Building Remediation and Building Upgrade Works

Services - Principal Contractor Major facade upgrade project including concrete cancer, brick repairs, metal fabrication works, stone masionary works and general remediation and preventative repairs. The works also consisted of the mechanical upgrades to the airconditioning of the building including the new pretrations, internal walls and general building works.

Combustible Facade Upgrade

Services - Principal Contractor Replacement of Combustible Facade within the Blacktown CBD. Heavy pedestrian, light vehicle and truck movements made this project have its complexities. B Class hoarding was installed over all delivery points and pedestrian walkways. The project was completed with the use of swing stages, absielers and EWPs. Works also included concrete repairs, roof replacements, brick repairs and the painting of all facades.

Large Scale Development - Central West

Services - Project Management, Design Management, Programming, Planning Approvals, Cost Management and Forecasting
Ikigai was engaged both as the client side Project Manager and to manage the design process for two large scale subdivisions in Central West NSW. Our core responsibilities were delivering the projects to meet the requirements of the client and local government entity we were acting for.
